Whole clinic dark at open. Patients in the lobby. Go.
Real screens from the current Android build β the ticket queue, a live scenario, the coaching that follows every choice, and the debrief that scores both halves of the job.
Face 20 scenarios across networking, security, printers, email, hardware, change management, comms, backup, escalation, and onboarding β from P1 through P4.
Get a balanced queue of eight tickets that rotates daily. Pull more when you want a refresh, with short, medium, and long scenarios for the time you have.
Assisted mode shows category tags and a senior-tech hint at every decision. Real Tech gives you raw, messy tickets with no tags and no hints.
Typewriter ticket prose, reactive scoring, haptics, screen-edge quality flashes, and a sequenced debrief make every decision land.
Drill networking fundamentals, ticket craft, and security habits in short quizzes. Assisted mode includes hints when you need a nudge.
Build XP, keep a streak going, and earn a +25 XP daily bonus for the first ticket you close each day.
OpsQuest scores both sides of the job. It rewards good troubleshooting, but it also trains the soft edges that keep clients steady: plain-English updates, security confidence, ownership, and notes the next tech can trust.
OpsQuest works offline with no account required. Teams can optionally
self-host the content server
to publish new scenarios, using the GHCR image
ghcr.io/spillers-technology/opsquest-server. It includes a web scenario
editor for managing content.
Scenarios use a documented JSON format with a validator, so teams can write and check new content without changing app code.
