The ticketing system that syncs with your whole stack.

AnchorDesk is a modern, self-hosted service desk built for MSPs and IT teams. Two-way ticket sync with the PSAs you already use, device context from every RMM you run, email that becomes tickets, and customer self-service you control β€” while your data stays on your hardware.

Why AnchorDesk

One desk. Every system. Zero lock-in.

Most helpdesks make you choose: their cloud, their workflow, their price per seat. AnchorDesk anchors everything to a database you own and treats every other system as a plug-in.

βš“

Own your service desk

Self-hosted on your Docker or Kubernetes, with PostgreSQL as the single source of truth and a full audit trail on every change. MIT-licensed, no per-seat rent, no data hostage situations β€” export a printable ticket or the whole database whenever you like.

πŸ”„

Sync both ways, keep the peace

Tickets flow to and from ConnectWise and Jira with conflict handling a human approves. Devices from Tactical RMM, NinjaOne, and Datto merge into one record per machine, so every ticket knows the hardware behind it β€” and you can run scripts on it without leaving the ticket.

⚑

Move faster with less clicking

Email becomes threaded tickets automatically. SLA clocks, manual deadlines, and automation rules keep promises visible and escalations hands-free. Live updates hit every screen instantly, it all works from a phone, and AI agents connect securely over MCP to work tickets like a technician.

Customer portal

A front door for customers. You still hold the keys.

Give customers one place to submit requests, follow the work, and tell you how support went β€” inside the same self-hosted AnchorDesk stack you own. You decide when the portal opens, who gets in, what they can see, and whether technicians who opt in can add a name and face to replies.

Customers ask. An admin approves.

Customers can request access themselves, but registration never opens the door on its own. Administrators review each request and choose whether to approve or reject it; a matching email never grants access by itself, a company-domain match is only a review hint, and the portal is off by default.

The right view, with a human voice

Customers see their own tickets by default. Company-wide visibility is a deliberate admin choice and begins when their access takes effect; their own older requests stay visible. Replies remain β€œSupport” by default. A name appears only when you enable named identities and the technician separately opts in; a photo appears only if they add one.

End with a signal, not a guess

When customer feedback is enabled, customers can rate the support they received β€” positive, neutral, or negative, with an optional comment. Separately, you can let them mark a ticket they can access as solved. Their feedback cannot be edited or deleted. The Reports view tracks customer satisfaction company by company for the date range you choose.

Everything about a ticket, one screenConversation, deadlines, devices, files, time, and email β€” no tab juggling.
Time tracking people actually doLogged work sits on a visual clock, and unlogged gaps call themselves out before invoicing does.
See the network behind the ticketsDiscovered and RMM-synced devices on one live map, linked straight to the tickets they cause.
Integrations you can trustEvery provider shows its real status and recent activity β€” no mystery sync jobs.
Reports that admit what they don't knowPercentiles instead of a flattering mean, filters that actually scope the data, and any reconstructed window says so β€” right on the chart.
Customer satisfaction, plainly reportedEvery rating a customer submits, grouped by company and outcome β€” chart and full table, no averages hiding the negatives.
The same board, in your pocketEvery core view is verified down to a 344px screen β€” not a stripped mobile mode, the real app.
